2. Base Material: High-quality environmentally friendly particleboard, meeting environmental standards. The veneer is smooth without blistering or pits. All boards undergo insect-proof and mildew-proof chemical treatment.

Specifications: Moisture content ≤ 6%, bending strength ≥ 15MPa, internal bonding strength ≥ 0.6MPa, elastic modulus ≥ 3150MPa, surface bonding strength ≥ 1.45MPa, 24h water absorption thickness expansion rate ≤ 7%, qualified moisture resistance.
Screw holding force: Surface ≥ 1060N, edge ≥ 800N, density ≥ 0.78g/cm³.
Volatile organic compounds (72h): Benzene, toluene, xylene, and total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) not detected. Formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.2mg/L.
3. Edge Banding: High-quality PVC edge banding, complying with QB/T4463-2013 standard. Light fastness grade 4-5. Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), formaldehyde emission, migratable elements (soluble heavy metals), total phthalates, and vinyl chloride monomer not detected.
4. Hot Melt Adhesive: Used for bonding, no glue failure or deformation in high temperature and cold environments. Complies with GB18583-2008 standard. Free formaldehyde, benzene, toluene + xylene, and total volatile organic compounds not detected.
5. Hardware Accessories (handles, locks, slides, hinges, three-in-one connectors, screws): High-quality hardware with tight and firm assembly, small and uniform gaps, smooth surface without burrs.
Complies with standards: GB/T3325-2017, QB/T3826-1999, GBT/10125-2012, QB/T3832-1999.
Corrosion resistance: Neutral salt spray test 200h, coating protection grade to substrate level 10, coating itself corrosion resistance grade 10. Acetate salt spray test 200h, same protection grades as above.
